Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Leader to oversee our organization's policies and programs, allocate resources effectively, and coordinate the work of regions and departments at Kataria Tour and Travel.

About the Role:

  • This senior management position involves overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our organization, ensuring that our policies and programs align with our goals and objectives.
  • You will be responsible for allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, and authorizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • In this role, you will also coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, establish objectives for the organization, and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Additionally, you will represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, establish financial and administrative controls, and approve overall human resources planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To achieve success in this role, you will need to have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, and be a team player. You should also have attention to detail and be bondable.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, developing business strategies, and making key decisions that drive business growth and success.
  • In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, 35 hours of work per week, and opportunities for career advancement within our company.
