Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator Supervisor to join our team at Medevac Canada Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with strong organizational and communication skills. You will also be required to arrange for maintenance and repair work, resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

In addition, you will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff, training workers in duties and policies, arranging training for staff, conducting performance reviews, and coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work.

You will also be responsible for requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies, establishing work schedules and procedures, and planning, organizing, and overseeing operational logistics of the organization.

Support Services
  • Our organization offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
  • We also offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth and Indigenous workers.

This is a permanent position with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The language of work is English, and the working hours are 40 hours per week.
