Workday Integration Specialist

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Analyst to support projects involving Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance (FIN), and Information Technology (IT). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in planning, designing, and executing HR, FIN, and IT related projects that support the organization's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with project teams and business leaders to translate business requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Develop and support integrations involving HCM, specifically for HCM Core, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Absence.
- Develop and support integrations involving FIN, specifically for Finance Core, Accounting (FDM), Customer & Supplier Accounts, Banking & Settlements, Expenses, Procurement, Projects, and Fixed Assets.
- Utilize tools such as Workday Studio, WD Connectors, API, EIB, and BIRT to develop integrations.
- Manage service and support for interfaces, outsourced vendor arrangements, and system integration.
- Support upgrades of Workday Feature Bi-Annual Releases, assessing impact of new technology and coordinating roll-out with project teams and business leaders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and data integrity issues.
- Conduct workflow analysis and make recommendations to ensure optimal use of Workday based on knowledge of company processes and technology.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Functional and technical knowledge of Workday HCM, FIN, Administrative modules.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a support team member or administrator for Workday FIN module.
- Experience in integrating data from multiple systems using methods such as API, REST, SOAP, XML.
- Experience using middleware platforms such as SnapLogic, AWS, Workday Prism, SQL, and Postgres to integrate ERP systems.
- 3+ years' experience as an administrator in the Workday HCN, FIN, and Administrator modules.
- ~3+ years' experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Connector, Studio, BIRT, API, REST, SOAP, XML, XSLT, and XPath).
- ~ Workday certified in one or more domains.
- ~ Understanding of Workday Business Processes and Custom Validations.
