About the Role:

SRA Staffing is seeking a highly skilled FiiX Integration Specialist to join our team. As a FiiX Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for integrating FiiX with JD Edwards, a leading Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a seamless integration between FiiX and JD Edwards, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain APIs to facilitate data exchange between the two systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve integration issues.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure integration quality.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on the integrated system.

Project Scope:

The integration project will involve the following key components:

  • POs created in FiiX will be automatically created in JD Edwards.
  • POs receiving within JD Edwards will update FiiX item quantity.
  • Created WO in FiiX will be created in JD Edwards.
  • Items used in WO will update item quantity in JD Edwards.
  • Tracking of tools used in FiiX will be sent to JD Edwards.
  • Lines marked down in FiiX will be flagged in JD Edwards.

Requirements:

  • Support multiple instances of FiiX by Company and Branch (MCU).
  • FiiX will be pulled and pushed from MuleSoft on a schedule by Company.
  • Cross-reference will be used for Items, Suppliers, PO#, and Work Orders.

Phase 1:

The first phase of the project will involve the following key tasks:

  • PO is created in FiiX then created in JD Edwards (MO) (dcLINKPurchaseOrderEntry (ND3N4310)).
  • Item received in JD Edwards (PO Receiving) Inventory gets updated in FiiX for Open PO.
  • JD Edwards Inventory is updated then FiiX is updated.
  • When FiiX creates a Work Order that work order is created in JD Edwards (dsiAddWorkOrder (ND3N4801)).
  • When FiiX updates the Work Order it updates the JD Edwards Work Order.
  • When FiiX completes a Work Order the Work Order is completed in JD Edwards.
  • When JD Edwards Inventory is updated then update FiiX Inventory.

Phase 2:

The second phase of the project will involve the following key tasks:

  • When a Machine is down in FiiX that is sent back to JD Edwards.
  • Additionally, both FiiX and JD Edwards must have reference to each other by using reference fields.

Project Launch Criteria:

  • Being able to communicate from FiiX and JD Edwards for Dimex Company (440).
  • All of Phase 1 tasks have been completed.
  • JD Edwards communication could be put into a Database in Phase 1 and then Phase 2 call JD Edwards API's.
