Job Title: Airport Tow Supervisor

About the Role:

Unifi Aviation Canada, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Tow Supervisor to join our team in YYC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe movement of aircraft and providing exceptional customer service to our airline partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of tow operators to ensure safe and efficient aircraft movement on the airfield and in the hangars.
  • Conduct regular safety briefings and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with dispatch coordinators, supervisors, and duty managers to prioritize aircraft movements and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with customers' control centers and technical operations teams to ensure seamless aircraft movement and maintenance.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of towbarless tractors and other equipment.

Requirements:

  • Current YYC D/A AVOP certification.
  • Ability to obtain a YYC DDT Permit and Radio Operator Certificate.
  • Must be able to pass brakeride training and hold a fully cleared Restricted Area Pass.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work shift work, including weekends and AM/PM shifts.
