Airport Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Supervisor to join our team at Airport Traveller's Inn. As a Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our airport location, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
- Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of service
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to stay up-to-date with tasks and responsibilities
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
