Airport Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Supervisor to join our team at Airport Traveller's Inn. As a Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our airport facility during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
- Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain efficiency
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to ensure quality control
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide excellent customer service
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, and team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Work in a dynamic and fast-paced airport environment
- Work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- May be required to work in a confined space or in a high-stress environment
