Airport Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Night Supervisor to join our team at Airport Traveller's Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities, establishing work schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of our airport services.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Urban area work setting
- Flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, and team player
- Ability to provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees
- Ability to provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
- Ability to provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
Our airport services operate 24/7, and we require a Night Supervisor who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
