  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to electronic inquiries.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office, including ordering office supplies and managing inventory.
  • Correspondence and Documents: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
