UTemp is a dynamic staffing solution for the University of Toronto, providing a diverse range of talented short-term staff to cover casual vacancies of less than six months. Our team takes a unique hands-on approach to ensure we find the best candidate for the job, fostering long-lasting and successful relationships by identifying individuals with strong office skills and an open-minded work ethic.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Knowledgeable and professional individuals with demonstrated abilities to pick up new skills quickly.
- Strong administrative skills complemented by experience using Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Quercus, Rosi, SAP, project management software, or other desirable programs.
- Previous work experience in a college or university environment, government, non-profit, or the private sector is highly valued.
- Variable education, as we prioritize work history and experience.
- Three plus years of related work experience, with a focus on problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly with minimal training and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility, initiative, and innovative thinking, with the ability to work and learn proactively.
UTemp offers opportunities to work at one or all four of our locations: St. George (Downtown Toronto), University of Toronto Mississauga, University of Toronto Scarborough, and University of Toronto Institute for Aerospace Studies.
