As the Regional Sales Manager in Edmonton North, you will be responsible for driving consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through strategic planning, deployment, and management of the outside sales team. You will collaborate with various departments and branches to achieve budgeted sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to improve short and long-term sales and earnings.
  • Manage and develop the sales and support teams, providing quarterly results assessments of sales staff's productivity.
  • Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company products and forecast revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with the District Sales team to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
  • Build brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of seven years of related experience, including at least three years in a management capacity or a combination of experience and education.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to impart knowledge, provide training, and motivate staff.
  • Passion for developing, mentoring, and coaching people.
