Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  2. Establish and maintain effective work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity.
  3. Perform duties similar to those supervised by others to demonstrate expertise and leadership.
  4. Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing personalized support and services.
  5. Oversee, assign, and review work tasks for team members to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate as a minimum educational requirement.
  • Speak fluent English as the primary language of communication.
  • Work 35 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment arrangement.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
