Key Responsibilities

* Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any issues promptly
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Order supplies and manage inventory levels
* Pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers
* Make adjustments to processes to optimize efficiency
* Provide recommendations to customers on drink selections
* Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers
* Develop policies and procedures to ensure consistency

Requirements

* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
