Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Hotel Clerk Supervisor who can lead by example, motivate team members, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service, managing budgets, and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, embodying the Quality Inn & Suites brand values and standards.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and mentor team members, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of job satisfaction and productivity.
  • Operational Efficiency: Analyze workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Budget Management: Oversee departmental budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to exceed guest expectations, driving loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading teams to achieve targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and vendors.
