Job Title: Financial Control Manager

Gutmann North America is seeking a highly skilled Financial Control Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for identifying and investigating compliance issues, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and investigate compliance issues to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize financial performance
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management
  • Design and manage investment strategies to maximize returns
  • Monitor financial control systems to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and optimal financial outcomes
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data to inform business decisions
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
  • Advise senior management on financial matters and provide strategic recommendations
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
