Cybersecurity Access Management Specialist

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled individual to serve as a Technical Analyst within our Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiative. This role will primarily concentrate on the integration of business applications while fostering internal client engagement and communication.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing tailored workflows, rules, and forms within PAM solutions while comprehending PAM policies and standards.
- Facilitating user life cycle processes, encompassing the onboarding and offboarding of various privileged accounts.
- Integrating accounts for Windows and Unix/Linux servers, along with other accounts linked to domains and directories with the PAM solution.
- Overseeing all facets of applications and systems administration, which includes implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, usage monitoring, and the development of systems infrastructure within Digital Infrastructure.
- Reviewing and proposing technical and security enhancement recommendations.
- Conducting research to mitigate significant risks associated with projects and providing estimates for high-level business requirements along with options analysis.
- Assisting Business Analysts in server-to-application mapping, privileged account mapping, stakeholder presentations, demonstrations, and training activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in the design, implementation, and support of various Identity and/or Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Experience in Cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix, Windows, scripting (REST API, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible), SQL, LDAP, and web services.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, manage, and resolve issues related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
- Experience in user provisioning, entitlement review and certification, enterprise directory architecture and design, role-based access control, single sign-on, identity federation, and multi-factor authentication.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle, DevOps, business process modeling, application design patterns, and business/functional documentation.
- Experience with break glass solutions and implementations.
- Understanding of PAM concepts and policies and their role within the enterprise.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Bachelor's degree or certificate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of systems infrastructure, security standards, and system administration tools.
