Position Overview

Department: Network Security Architecture and Program Management. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to serve as a Technical Analyst for the Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiative. This role emphasizes the integration of business applications while engaging with internal clients and stakeholders. The primary objectives include the seamless integration of privileged access from essential business applications as part of a long-term strategy and the development of a comprehensive roadmap for PAM in collaboration with various partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with business solution teams and partners to address operational platform events and design requirements.
  2. Create customized workflows, rules, and forms within PAM solutions while ensuring compliance with PAM policies and standards.
  3. Facilitate user lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding of various privileged accounts.
  4. Assist in IAM Password Management processes and manage system access requests.
  5. Integrate accounts for Windows and Unix/Linux servers, along with other domain and directory accounts, into the PAM solution.
  6. Oversee all aspects of applications and systems administration, including implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, usage monitoring, and the development of systems infrastructure within Digital Infrastructure.
  7. Review and propose technical and security enhancements.
  8. Utilize vendor solutions effectively and develop innovative solutions with a future-oriented perspective.
  9. Investigate and mitigate significant risks associated with projects, providing estimates for high-level business requirements and options analysis.
  10. Support business analysts in server-to-application mapping, privileged account mapping, stakeholder presentations, demonstrations, and training activities.
Essential Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in the design, implementation, and support of various Identity and/or Access Management (IAM) solutions.
  2. Proven experience in Cybersecurity.
  3. Strong background in Linux/Unix, Windows, scripting (REST API, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible), SQL, LDAP, and web services.
  4. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, manage, and resolve issues related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
  5. Experience in user provisioning, entitlement review and certification, enterprise directory architecture and design, role-based access control, single sign-on, identity federation, and multi-factor authentication.
  6. Knowledge of the software development life cycle, DevOps practices, business process modeling, and application design patterns.
  7. Understanding of infrastructure components and their interoperability.
  8. Experience with break glass solutions and their implementations.
  9. Familiarity with Privileged Access Management solutions such as Cyberark or Thycotic.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Comprehension of PAM concepts and policies and their significance within the enterprise.
  2. Knowledge of Directory Solutions, with a preference for Active Directory.
  3. Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
  4. Bachelor's degree or certification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  5. Solid understanding of systems infrastructure, security standards, and system administration tools.
  6. Experience with cloud credential/secret management solutions such as Conjur and/or Hashicorp.
