Job Summary
The Dealer Inventory Management Specialist will be responsible for managing the feed set-up and QA process for dealerships inventory data. This role requires a strong understanding of the inventory management platform and the ability to provide effective suggestions and solutions for complex set-ups. The Specialist will also be responsible for tracking, reporting, and escalating any roadblocks to project leaders and management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Configuration of Inventory feeds - Oversee and manage configuration of all required Inventory data feeds. - Work as a liaison between feed providers and the clients to address any issues, including data issues to ensure that feeds are accurate and running effectively. - Verification of the data to ensure that Trader is receiving the expected information from the 3rd parties. - Understanding Inventory data flow within the Trader and AutoSync ecosystem. - Must be able to communicate effectively to Clients, Project Managers, and Managers.
2. Documentation and Reporting - This role will be responsible for the documentation and reporting of tasks and progress of projects. - Ensure SLA's are met or exceeded. - Advising of any roadblocks or deterrents that may occur from completing a feed set up.
3. Troubleshoot and/or report any issues or defects found to Product teams

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - Strong communication skills - 1+ years of experience in a customer support capacity - Experience in the automotive industry, particularly DMS Systems and Inventory Data - Strong Excel skills

Soft Skills and Competencies
- Very strong communication skills. - Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and capable of self-managing and multitasking in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment - Excellent problem-solving skills, quick thinking and accurate
