Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Big Data Specialist to join our team at Synechron.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data into information products.
  • Focus on ingesting, storing, processing, and analyzing large datasets using various technologies.
  • Develop high-performance web services for tracking data and create detailed designs based on complex technical and functional requirements.
  • Investigate data storage and processing alternatives to ensure the implementation of streamlined solutions.
  • Collaborate with junior staff members and conduct technical training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Python, Spark, and Hive programming languages.
  • Proficiency in Java programming and data-warehousing techniques.
  • Knowledge of industry-wide visualization and analytics tools.
  • Strong data engineering skills with Azure cloud platform.
  • Experience with streaming frameworks such as Kafka.
  • Proficiency in Core Java, Linux, SQL, and scripting languages.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
