The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. Additionally, they will assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, including payroll administration. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 30 to 40 hours per week.
