About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Miners Construction Co. Ltd. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including reading blueprints, schemas, and drawings to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform project decisions.
  • Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility to ensure effective project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in construction or project management.
  • Computer and technology skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial, and institutional construction experience.
  • Security and safety: Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
