Project Coordinator Job Description

Peter Lucas Project Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with project managers and team members.
  • Ensure timely delivery of necessary equipment, materials, and personnel to project sites.
  • Coordinate communications between various departments and teams working on projects.
  • Provide regular project status updates to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project records and prepare reports as required.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining or construction industries.
  • Degree in engineering.
  • PMP certification is considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Suite, MS Project, and P6.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
