At Country Ribbon Inc., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our organization, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects. This is a permanent full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people in the administrative department;
  • Manage the overall administrative function, including personnel administration, data management, and communication with stakeholders;
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies;
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the poultry and egg production industry;
  • Possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
