Inventory Control Manager

At Loblaw, we strive to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational excellence in our distribution centres. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager, Inventory Control.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the coordination and management of all inventory control functions, including daily cycle counts.
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external departments to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to drive operational excellence.
- Monitor and address retail claims and support client relationships for Loblaw and Shoppers Drug Mart stores.
- Drive operational improvements through behavioral feedback and tracking at the operator level.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows.
- Strong inventory, accounting, and financial skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of distribution inventory experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
