Job Title: Manager, Inventory Control

At Loblaw, we strive to make a positive impact on the lives of Canadians. We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager, Inventory Control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the coordination and management of all inventory control functions, including daily cycle counts.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external departments to ensure the Distribution Centre delivers exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective leadership and performance management strategies to drive team engagement and achieve operational excellence.
  • Monitor and address retail claims and support client relationships for Loblaw and Shoppers Drug Mart stores.
  • Drive operational improvements through behavioral feedback and tracking at the operator level.
Requirements:
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows.
  • Strong inventory, accounting, and financial skills.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of distribution inventory experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude that sets an example for others.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency and be able to set priorities effectively.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and encourage applications from qualified candidates.
