Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations to customers.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills in food and beverage service.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment.
