Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at New Field Education Group.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other productivity software.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
