Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to provide administrative support to our Community Planning branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and formatting documents, maintaining a filing system, and providing reception services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and format documents using advanced features in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Maintain a filing system using ARMS and ORS
  • Provide reception services for incoming calls and walk-in clients
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • Operate office equipment such as a photocopier and fax machine
  • Coding invoices for payment
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a certificate/diploma in business education or a relevant background, combined with several years of administrative experience. Familiarity with government processes such as the Visual Identity Guidelines, ARMS/ORS, and MIDAS would be an asset.
