Job Summary: As a Lead Guest Services Team Member, you will be responsible for overseeing employees and general store operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers. This individual should be self-motivated, ready to assist managers with tasks, and knowledgeable about store operations and PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in retail operations or relevant knowledge
