Store Operations Manager
About the Role:
As a Store Operations Manager at Petro Canada, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily store operations, planning and organizing daily operations, managing staff and assigning duties, and implementing pricing and credits policies. You will also be responsible for locating, selecting, and procuring merchandise for resale, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and determining staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and control daily store operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Implement pricing and credits policies
• Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Determine staffing requirements
• Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold
• Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and heavy loads

Requirements:
• College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
• Experience an asset
• Adaptability, collaborative, and efficient
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
