Cybercrime Investigator

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybercrime Investigator to join our team at Scotiabank. As a Cybercrime Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into cybercrime incidents, analyzing digital evidence, and providing expert testimony in court.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive investigations into cybercrime incidents, including data breaches, hacking, and identity theft.
- Analyze digital evidence, including emails, documents, and other electronic data, to identify patterns and connections.
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent future cybercrime incidents.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to share intelligence and best practices.
- Provide expert testimony in court to support investigations and prosecutions.
- 2+ years of experience in digital forensics, cybercrime investigation, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in information security and digital forensics, such as CCE, EnCE, or GIAC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
