The Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our high-performing team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client service.

This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent administrative skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Provide administrative support to two advisors, including managing paperwork, correspondence, and client documentation;
  • Contribute to the team's success by processing transactions, communicating with internal departments, and assisting with client inquiries;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Stay organized, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge;
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
  • Foster a positive and respectful team culture;
  • Embody the company's values and mission.
What We Offer
