We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Director to join our team at RBVPSM 100 Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing restaurant operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
  • Evaluate daily operations and make necessary adjustments
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Supervise staff and ensure they are following health and safety regulations
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Organize and maintain inventory

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • 5-10 years of experience in managing restaurant operations
  • Permanent employment
