Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Advisor to join our team. As an Investment Advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing personalized financial planning and investment advice, and leveraging RBC's extensive resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial goals and objectives.
- Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice, tailored to each client's individual needs.
- Leverage RBC's extensive resources, including research teams and investment specialists, to create customized portfolios and wealth plans.
- Foster trusted, long-term relationships with clients, often spanning multiple generations.
- Promote RBC's wealth management services to new and existing clients, identifying opportunities to grow business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A proven track record of success in sales and relationship-building, preferably in the financial industry.Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and services, as well as regulatory requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.A self-motivated and results-driven approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.Certifications such as the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Chartered Investment Manager (CIM).Benefits
