We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Community Financial Advisor to join our team at Your Neighbourhood Credit Union (YNCU). As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with our members and providing exceptional financial guidance.

As a trusted financial advisor, you will help members navigate their everyday banking, credit, and investment needs. Your expertise will be invaluable in delivering personalized service that meets the unique needs of each member, from every stage of life.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business, finance, or a related field, as well as a minimum of four years' experience in financial services, preferably in retail branch operations with supervisory experience. You must also be computer literate, have an effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and be willing to learn YNCU's banking system, applications, platforms, and emerging technologies.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for a 7% matching pension plan, 100% paid benefits, including an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and opportunities for training and development.
