Fitness Development Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Fitness Development & Partnerships to join our team at Gold's Gym West Broadway. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fitness programs, managing partnerships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute fitness programs that align with our company brand and objectives.
- Manage partnerships with local businesses and organizations to boost brand awareness and drive revenue.
- Oversee the operations of fitness events, bootcamps, classes, and additional fitness programs and seminars within the facility and at off-site events.
- Provide professional advice to the fitness team on current and new fitness programs, including nutrition guides, workout programs, and other fitness resources.
- Research and develop relevant and up-to-date topics to be promoted in our fitness blogs, websites, and articles.
- Prepare budgets for fitness events, bootcamps, classes, and additional fitness programs or seminars within the facility and at off-site events.
- Develop programs and systems for professional athletes and sports teams accessing Gold's Gym fitness facilities.
- Work with the Senior Management team to recruit professional coaches and athletes that align with our company brand.
- Organize and manage national and provincial training, coaching, officiating, and other programs associated with a particular sport.
