Job Title: Fitness Development Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Development Director to join our team at Gold's Gym West Broadway. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing fitness programs, managing partnerships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Development: Design and implement fitness programs, including group classes, personal training, and events, to meet the needs of our members and drive business growth.
  2. Partnership Management: Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including sports teams, sponsors, and vendors, to enhance our fitness offerings and promote our brand.
  3. Business Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue and membership through innovative marketing strategies, promotions, and events.
  4. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of fitness professionals, including personal trainers, group fitness instructors, and customer service representatives.
  5. Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our fitness facilities, including scheduling, customer service, and facility maintenance.
  6. Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our fitness programs and services, including social media, email marketing, and local advertising.
  7. Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial health of our fitness business.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as exercise science, sports management, or business administration.
  2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a fitness management or business development role.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of fitness professionals.
  4. Certifications: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or other relevant certifications.
