Job Title: Head of Technical Support

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Technical Support to join our team at Forvan Technology Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our technical support team and providing expert technical guidance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technical support analysts to provide timely and effective technical support to customers.
  • Develop and implement technical support processes and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure technical support performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of IT infrastructure, software, and hardware.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
