Job Title: Technical Support Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Director to join our team at Forvan Technology Services.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Director will be responsible for leading our technical support team, providing expert guidance and support to our clients, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of technical support analysts to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Develop and implement technical support processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, and training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure our technical support services remain current and effective.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of ITIL, mainframe, iOS, MAC, Unix, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
