About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Casual Relief Pharmacist to support our stores in Winnipeg, MB. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering quality patient-centred care to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing medication, identifying clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations.
- Maintain inventory levels within the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Remain up-to-date on the latest trends in the pharmacy industry, including new medications and clinical opportunities.
- Provide private consultations to patients while maintaining a patient-centred care culture.
- Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll.
- Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completed mandatory training when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent experience.
- Current registration with the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- A competitive salary of $85,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience.
- A company-funded pension plan.
