As a Health Care Aide, you will have the opportunity to work with patients and residents in various settings, including community care, health centers, and hospitals.

About the Role:

  • Assist patients and residents with activities of daily living, providing direct client care within established standards of care, policies, and procedures.
  • Work under the general supervision of a Manager or designate to meet the special and changing needs of clients/patients/residents.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the vision, values, goals, and objectives of the region/site/program.

Requirements:

  • Experience providing care to individuals with physical or cognitive impairments is preferred.
  • Minimum Grade 10 education, Manitoba standards, required.
  • Successful completion of a recognized Health Care Aide course required.
