Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Saffron Restaurant. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers.
  • Advise customers on menu selections and make recommendations.
  • Clean and maintain tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Describe and advise on wine selection to customers.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
