Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Saffron Restaurant. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage service role is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of wine and wine selection is an asset
