We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Saffron Restaurant. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner.
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner.
- Experience in a food and beverage service environment is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Knowledge of wine and wine selection is an asset.
