Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Saffron Restaurant. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide personalized service.
  • Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner.
  • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Describe and advise on wine selection to customers.
Requirements:
  • Client focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
