About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at AlgaeCal. As a Bone Health Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a knowledge base for customers' inquiries regarding our products and their bone health
  • Provide active listening and support to customers through various mediums, including email and phone
  • Process orders and returns for customers
  • Help customers understand the results of their DEXA bone scans
  • Update customer records and process accounts
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for natural health
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
