Job Summary

We are seeking a Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide professional, compassionate care to patients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living and promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with bathing, showering, and personal hygiene
  • Help with dressing and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks
  • Transfer and reposition patients
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Provide bowel and bladder care
  • Offer social support and companionship

Requirements

  • Caring nature and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current vulnerable sector check screening and clear background check
