The Role

As a key member of the Continuing Education department, the Systems Support Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of student, course, and program data. This includes administering the student information system (SIS) and learning management systems (LMS), as well as providing quality service to learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student, course, and program data
  • Administer the LMS, ensuring learners and instructors have access to course spaces
  • Provide exceptional customer service to learners
