- Salary: $18-21 per hour + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Manage Daily Workload: Assist the inventory team in processing orders, receiving shipments, managing returns, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure Accuracy and Minimize Attrition: Focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty by streamlining outgoing shipments, technician inventory management, and returns/RMA.
- Identify Financial Bleed: Analyze processes to identify areas of inaccuracies and financial loss, implementing strategies to prevent them.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the Technical Operations department and Liberty as a whole to achieve common goals.
- Foster Strong Relationships: Proactively communicate with customers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries, resolve issues, and provide updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Warehouse Operations experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work well in a multigenerational and multi-skilled team
- Technical or Security experience is a plus
- Physically able to lift boxes and climb ladders
- Frugal attitude towards company spending
- Strong detail-oriented skill-set
