About the Role

  • Salary: $18-21 per hour + benefits

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Daily Workload: Assist the inventory team in processing orders, receiving shipments, managing returns, and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Ensure Accuracy and Minimize Attrition: Focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty by streamlining outgoing shipments, technician inventory management, and returns/RMA.
  3. Identify Financial Bleed: Analyze processes to identify areas of inaccuracies and financial loss, implementing strategies to prevent them.
  4. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the Technical Operations department and Liberty as a whole to achieve common goals.
  5. Foster Strong Relationships: Proactively communicate with customers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries, resolve issues, and provide updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Warehouse Operations experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work well in a multigenerational and multi-skilled team
  • Technical or Security experience is a plus
  • Physically able to lift boxes and climb ladders
  • Frugal attitude towards company spending
  • Strong detail-oriented skill-set
