Job Title: Inventory Control Manager

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to join our team at Edmonton Tire & Lube Ltd. O/A New Millenium Edmonton Tire & Lube Ltd.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, resolving work problems, providing technical advice, recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality, training workers in duties and policies, conducting performance reviews, coordinating, assigning and reviewing work, requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment and supplies, organizing and maintaining inventory, and establishing work schedules and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
Supervision

The Inventory Control Manager will be responsible for supervising 3-4 people, including staff in various areas of responsibility.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
